Purpose
This site presents Memento Creative Group and links to its divisions: memento.eco, rentals.memento.eco, studios.memento.eco, coworking.memento.eco, shop.memento.eco. Each division has its own legal notice and terms, which apply when you visit it.
Intellectual property
The texts, images, videos, logos and design of this site belong to Memento Music Group or are used with their authors’ permission, and may not be reproduced without authorisation. Some images are visualisations of spaces still under construction and say so.
Personal data
This site has no user accounts. If you use the contact form, write to contact@memento.eco, call us or send us a WhatsApp message, Memento Music Group uses your data (name, contact details, your company if you give it, the division you choose and the content of your message) only to reply, on the basis of your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering it (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Messages sent through the form are stored in Notion (Notion Labs, Inc., United States), which keeps them on our behalf as a data processor. When your data leaves the European Economic Area, the transfer relies, depending on the provider, on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
We keep messages for as long as the conversation lasts and then for as long as the law requires. We do not share them with third parties unless the law requires it.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contact@memento.eco, and lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States (privacy@vercel.com), which logs technical data of each request (such as the IP address) to serve and protect the site. When that data leaves the European Economic Area, it is transferred with the safeguards the GDPR provides for.

This notice is governed by French law.
